Listbox Problem - Help Please

Hi all,

This has been driving me mad all day and it is probably
something really simple which I am overlooking.
I want to be able to refresh (de-select) any records
selected in my listbox so I that I can start a selection
process again without manually de-selecting records.
I have tried using Requery and setting the listboxes value
to null but nothing seems to work......

Any ideas on how I can refresh my listbox?!
