Hello. I receive automated emails that contain usernames that i need to
identify and keep count of. Example (... User ABCDE logged onto ...). I
export the mail messages from outlook to an access mdb. The body of the
email message is imported into a memo field. I am currently at the point
where i can filter the messages and have the body displayed in a report.
However, is there a way to search through the field, and keep count of how
many times the username shows up without knowing the specific username?
