Live Presentation Drag and Drop

I use PowerPoint 2003 to create interactive teaching resources and discovered
a presentation that had a drag and drop facility for moving pictures within a
live presentation. I believe this is done via VBA and would love to be able
to do this. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be
brilliant.
