Live search maps for Outlook 2007 does not load

I have been unable to load "Live Search Maps" for Outlook 2007 after repeated
attempts. There is no error message when I run the download, it just doesn't
seem to load or activate when I click on the location tab under the
appointment.

What are your language settings in Outlook? I think you need US-English.

It better be set at US-English, would not be able to read another language.
