Live Tablet-Share ideas with business partners and friends

It would be very nice to have a program that allows you to connect, chat, and
draw at the same time on one program. This would be a bit of a hybrid
version of Live Meeting except on a much smaller scale and with everyone
participating. I want it to be something with quality tools and some good
picture quality as well. Just think of being able to share your ideas live
with friends or business partners in a very simple yet powerful environment.
One could also have the ability to switch from a live mode to a send what you
have mode, whist letting others to continue to be live or not, to their
preference. Voice communication could also be added at some point but it
would be best to keep it to type chat to get an initial reaction. Since
Vista has a lot to do with connecting to others live, and with the new Live
Anywhere possibilities flying around, I think it would be the best bet to
start this program as a Vista exclusive. It may be too much for a Vista
Ultimate Extra, but it would be a great edition to the Windows line.

Office OneNote is almost exactly what you are describing. It has a
"live" feature that allows sharing between multiple people.
It has tablet PC support. It has voice recording, playback, and
search (search is incredible btw). The only thing it lacks is a
dedicated chat. You can chat by creating text, but not in a separate
"chat room" like environment.
