Load JPG from Web

Hi,

i can put a hyperlink in a cell, clicking on this will open the jpg via
Internetbrowser

i also can add a picture directly into the exceltable, but then the
excelfile gets large

Now my question:

Is it possible to put a link into a cell, so when viewing the sheet
excel loads the picture from a webserver into the cell ?
the size of the excelfile would be smal and the jpg-files are up-to-date
as on the webserver ?
