You can open both workbooks together and then move (or copy) a worksheet
from one to the other.
To switch between two open workbooks, use the Window menu and click on the
book name in the dropdown menu.
To move (or copy) a worksheet from one workbook to another, right-click the
worksheet tab and use "Move or Copy...", etc.
