Load summary resource assignment

We are using project server 2007 SP1
I would like to understand and learn more about the Load summary resource
assignment feature

When you select this option, log into Project Server from Project
Professional 2007, open an enterprise project, and then apply the Resource
Usage view, you will see the following:

1. Resource assignments for every resource in your project across all
projects in the Project Server database.
2. Timesheet data for every resource in your project.

It is a great feature to use, and i usually keep it checked.
Once you have assigned resources to yor project you can switch to the
Resource Usage view to get a good picture of how your resources are assigned
over multiple projects on the server, and especially of their over
allocation. In the Resource Ussage view you will see the name of a resource
with the list of tasks that you have assigned them to and then below that you
will see that names of other project (and tasks) using the same resource.
Note, depending on how your categories are set up on the server settings
page, you might not get all the task detail in the Resource Usage view.
