In the 2003 version, a check box called "load summary resource
assignments" was added to the sign in dialog box. It defaults to have
the box checked. Probably 95% of the time when our Managers get into
Project Professional, they will be un-checking the box. Is there a way
for the Administrator to change the default of this box to
"un-checked"?
