I have recently reformatted my computer and when I went to
reload My Office 2000, professional, it keeps giving me
the following errors:
The MSIEXEC.EXE file is linked to missing export MSI.DLL:22
Can not launch C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSIEXEC.EXE
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
I have never had this problem before. Please email me any
help.
