Loading execl file as a template.

Hello,
I need solution, please, for following:
I want to load excel file, but to fix the whole excel file as an excel file
template.
(The excel file is created by someone, but I want that the excel will be
converted with all the cells format etc. as I have declared the template).

How can I do that?
