Loading Frontpage Problem

Hi

I just got a new computer and wanted to load Frontpage 2002 on it. I had it on my old computer and laptop and loaded with no problem. I donno why it is giving me problems now. The only different is that on the other computers I have MSOffice97. On the new computer I have MSOffice2003. Could this be the problem. After I enter the product key number a message comes up "Setup failed to located a valid qualifyying product . . . . select drive" which I do and it says "Error 1608 Setup was unable to locate qualitying product.

How can I correct this

That means you are trying to use an upgrade disk to do the install and there is no other version of
FrontPage on the machine.
If you have a CD from a prior version, when prompted remove the 2002 CD and place the other one in
the CD drive and point the computer to it. Then remove the old one and reinsert the 2002 CD when
prompted.

Hi Steve

Thanks so much for answering me. You are right, this CD is an upgrade. This is the only CD I have. It does say Upgrade but I used it to put Frontpage on my other computer and laptop and did not have a problem. What is different?

Did you ever have any of these products on the other machine(s)?

Not that I know of. Only thing was Office'97 but that does not have FrontPage on it. . .does it? This is certainly perplexing. . .
