Loading MS Prject Server 2002

I am trying to load MS Project server 2002 on the win 2000
Adv. Server machine with SQL 2000 and I am unable to get
Project server to connect to SQL.

Once I put in the server identification and password - to
install project - it says that I do not have Cesurityadmin
and DBCreator privilages on SQL Server.

I do have them selected in the SQL Server Enterprise
Manager.

Has amyone had this same issue and how do I get them to
connect?
