Loading Office 97 on a Win XP PC

I just purchased a Dell running Win XP. I have a Win95
version of Office97 Pro. Can I load it onto the Dell?

Depends what license you have for Office?

Should work fine, unless your version of Office 97 was hard-coded via
OEM license to specific machine.
