Loading Outlook with Businesss Contact Manager after boot takes lo

I have had this problem on a laptop:

Every time I open Business Contact manager, it gives me a message box of
"Unknown Error" before Outlook Opens (See attachment for screenshot")

Opening outlook for the first time after login with Business Contact Manager
Add-in Activated:

From mouse click to Error: 2 minutes 20 seconds
From mouse click to full screen showing: 2 minutes 30 seconds
From mouse click to "Connected to Exchanges" in bottom right corner: 3
minutes
From mouse click to showing of reminders": 3 minutes 20 Seconds

Opening outlook after closing it without logging off and back on the first
time with Business Contact Manager Add-in Activated:

From mouse click to Error: 23 seconds
From mouse click to full screen showing: 27 seconds
From mouse click to showing of reminders: 50 Seconds

Switching into Business Contact Manager Home:

From mouse click to display on screen first time: 35 seconds
From mouse click to display on screen after first time; 2 seconds

The first loading timings are unacceptable to my boss (it is his machine)

I have already made sure that there was only one version of SQL 2005 Desktop
edition active on the computer.

I have already applied the patch noted in KB 933493
