Loading Problem for MS Office Prof 2003

In trying to lead MS Office Professional 2003, I get
error message: Can't locate file P3561401.CAB. While
program is looking for file, the message is Waiting for
Cabinets to be cached to a local installation source.
Anyone have any ideas? Would I ever be able to obtain a
single file from MS.com downloads?
