loading subform

i have a subform based on table "main". Fields:
Web_Type
Host Name
Down
Up
Ticket#
Super

i would like to load form ex. DoCmd.OpenForm "frmain", acNormal
however I would lie to load all record to a subform only when "Up" field is
empty. Uo field is Date/Time data type filed, general date format. Thanks
