Local asp site and IIS

I cannot publish a remote site locally in Win XP Pro with IIS I am being
told I do not have permission?

How do I change my machine to let me publish locally (remote site is FP too
with FP extensions)

I open the remote site in FP2002 as http://www.sitename

I then click file, publish Web and a box comes up "Publish Destination" with
http://PC_Name/sitename/ in the destination box. I change this to
http://PC_Name/SiteName2 and it says I do not have permission??? If I browse
the network and fine PC_Name it says I do not have permission!

HELP!

Have you created a subweb/subsite under PC_Name, call SiteName2?
