local copy of project plan is not saving in project professional 2

In project server 2003 . when open the project in project professional 2003
and try to save as the local copy . it is generated error and saying

An unexpected error occur during command execution

Try the following

"Verify that all argument and values are coorect and are of the correct type.
You may have run out of memory. To free up available memory , close
programs, projects, or windows that you aren't using. "


pls tell me why the local copy of the project plan is not saving .

As a test, save a copy of the project with another name, then try to save the
copy to an MPP file.

Remove MS Project SP3 to solve this issue.... that is the only solution. To
remove SP3 you have to Remove Entire MS Project and install , that dont
update with SP3.

Microsoft knows this issue, but it does not cares F**K
