Local folders

G'day,
When I go to my Outlook Express, Local Folders
The Folder named All forums always comes up opened.
It has only just started doing this.

When I close it to unopened, ie. + sign it will come up opened, - sign, next
time I use Outlook Express.
Is there a way to change this?
