My users are consistently getting messages that they can only open project in
read only as project is either not completed check-in or is checked out. If
they go to their Local Project Cache and highlight the project, then clear
the cache, they can open in read/write. We are using Project Pro 2007 SP1
with Project Server 2007 SP1. How can this issue be avoided or resolved so
my users become less disgruntled?
