Local/remote time stamps show a 1-hour difference

When I publish a web page using FrontPage 2003 and FTP from my local hard
drive to a remote Unix web site, at, say, 11:25am, the file's time stamp
shows up on the remote server as having been published at 10:25am - one hour
earlier. This means my local and remote files are always an hour out of sync.

The local time really is 11:25am, my system clock is correct, and both local
and remote systems are in the same time zone. My sysadmin assures me the Unix
server is set at the right time, and nobody at his end forgot daylight saving.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

PAGA
