Local Resource Pool sharing

I created a project file and save to my hard drive, reopened it and attempted
to access a local shared resource pool under Tools>Resource Sharing>Share
Resources. The options "use resources from" is greyed out and cannot be
selected. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

It sounds like you are not using Project Server 2002 or 2003 and are
probably using a shared resource pool instead. If this is the case, you
simply need to open the shared resource pool file and then you can access it
from the project using Tools - Resource Sharing - Share Resources. Hope
this helps.
