Local resources populating the Users list in PWA

Strange stuff... One day I open PWA, click Admin, click Groups, go to
add someone to the Project Manager group, and there are all these
ridiculous users in there... which I recognize from someone's plan
which is full of local resources (IBM, sa, ba 1, bank of america...
you get the idea) - not the format I use to create resources. If I
click on Resources page in PWA they're not there. If I open Enterprise
Resource Pool in Project Pro, they're not there. They ARE there when I
go to lists of users for adding to categories or groups. They ARE
there in the list for sending status report requests to... And they
are NOT there in the clean-up page, so I can't delete them...

Thanks for any help!

Your Project Server administrator screwed up when he/she set up the system.
He/she needs to deny the permissions that allow the automatic creation of
user accounts in PWA. To deny these permissions, he/she must log into PWA
with adminstrator permissions, click Admin - Server Configuration, and then
set the first three permissions in the Features grid to Deny. From there,
he/she will also need to delete these user accounts from the Clean Up
Project Server Database page. Hope this helps.
