Local vs Enterprise Resources

I have a question concerning local vs enterprise resources. I have several
contractors that will be working on a project. I am not planning on putting
these people in my enterprise resource pool (although I can if I need to).
However, I still want these people to be able to log on to PWA and record
their actual time spent on the tasks of the project. So they question I
have is this: do I want to put these people in the enterprise resource pool
(thus automatically creating user accounts for them)? Or do I just include
them as local resources for this project? And, if I do this, how do I give
them a log on? (Is it just adding a user through the admin function in PWA?)

If you don't want your local resources to be included in your Enterprise
Resource Pool, you can simply create user accounts for them in PWA instead.
Make sure that the PWA account name exactly matches the name you are using
in the project. Hope this helps.
