locate blocks of text in one word file and paste in other locations in another word file

I need a script in VB or similar to search for strings of text in a rtf or doc docx file and then insert those string in locations in the doc target file

By example :

locate the string : fasdfj afssajk afasdf fasjkasdfa
jaksfdsalj afsjkadjf afdjkfddad (a paragraph) and paste after a string in the target file .

If possible make this with several strings to locate and insert in the other document.

If you already know what the string is, why do you need to find it in other files before pasting into the target document?
