Locating correct edition type information using PID number

I'm trying to confirm the edition of Visio 2000 I've already purchased, in
order to purchase the correct 2007 update. When I load the software from
disk, and on the disk itself, it is identified as Visio 2000 Pro Edition;
however, on the 'About Visio' I am receiving the following:
Microsoft (R) Visio (R) SR1 (6.0.2072); also, when I open Visio, it does
not identify itself as Visio Pro. I do have the PID ... how do I confirm
that my software is the Professional Edition, and not the Enterprise Edition?

Hi Debb

If I remember correctly you couldn't see in Visio 2000 which version you had
installed. You could also install Enterprise on top of Professional for
example.

The only way to see it in the program is to know what features and templates
belongs to which version. If you have Autodiscovery it is Enterprise.
