Locating Stencils

I'm using Visio 2000 Professional. Where can I go to find other stencils that
aren't included in the package. This is a general question, but right now I'm
looking specifically for the graphic symbols that are used on radar air
traffic control screens.

They're certainly rather specialized and not at all similar to any of
the symbols I found yesterday.
