Location of downloaed clipart

Our client would like to have a "central" point for all downloaded clipart
from the MS Office Online. So that if one person gets a clip it can be
available to others.

One more question, when a user searches clip art and includes Web
Collection - where does that search?

What would be nice is if they could all share the same organizer, but that
is probally not possible is it?

Thanks again for all your help.

Ah. This scenario is not presently supported. You can create a "Shared
Collection" to share an existing group of clips with multiple people, but
it's a real pain to add to the shared collection later.

It searches the ~150000 clips which are online at
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart

Not really, no.

Sorry!
