location of outlook contact & Calender files ?

I am trying to copy my Outlook contact info to a new system, I have the hard
drive connected via an external caddy

But I cant find the file(s) I need to copy accross

I also want to do the same with the calender

I am running windows XP Pro SP2 and Office XP SP3
