Lock graphics in word

I am impress with Office 2007 and pleased the way it has been working, BUT I
cannot lock a graphic down no matter what I try, it still moves with the
text even if I tell it to move the text to the right left, tight, ?? Help. I
even tried putting a graphic in a text box and it will still not lock into
place.

Choose "behind text" for text wrapping, or maybe put the graphic in the
page header or page footer.
