Can I prevent a Project Manager from being able to update certain enterprise
project fields whilst be able to update others? eg I might want a PM to
update the Lifecycle stage field as he/she progresses through the project but
not to alter the Budget field value which we might only want to be updatable
by someone in Central Portfolio Office?
