lock (secure) access tables-allow edit+read access only in form

i have an application for dataEntry in access application using access forms.
is there any way to disallow the user to go directly to the tables. only
access to data is through forms. if i hide tables then i think user can still
access the tables with importing those tables in some other access
application.
