Lock Tables in OneNote 2007

I am new to OneNote so if this is simple and or obvious forgive me, I don't
see how to do it. Is there a way to lock the tables you create in OneNote so
typing in them will not change the size or shape of the table. Any help here
would be great.

No, there is no way to block tables.
The cells grow dynamically when typing.
