I have 5 users accessing database from my computer

how to unlock forms, reports, queries & tables from users trying to go in
backend

one way is by converting to mde format. is there any other methods

A .mde file gives very limited protection and should only be used for front
ends (making sure you keep the original .mdb file safe for future upgrades),
never for a back end file containing the tables. To control the access
available to users you are best advised implementing user/group level
