Access Retard
We have a database on a network drive that everyone has full control of. It
isn't split into front and back ends. The database is set to open shared, no
locks under default record locking, no workgroups set up that we know of.
When windows users craig and josh try to open the database it opens with no
problems regardless of whether someone else is in it or not. If users admin
or paula try to open it, the message pops up "could not lock file". All
machines we are working with are windows xp and we are using access xp and
