I have this exact problem, but I have a Soney Vaio and my software is paid
for. I have the codes and evrything. I tryed both suggestions- %temp% and
the more involved MVP ladies suggestions. Nothing has worked. I have
written several times to Microsoft support about this issue, but have
recieved no reply. - Help- Trae
