I have a client that, when she opens a word file for the first time
everything works fine. the second time and there after when she opens a word
document, makes some changes, then when she goes to move that document the
computer comes back with "Error moving file or folder, it is being used by
another person or program." i have tried everything i can think of,
uninstalling and reinstalling office, disabling everything in msconfig,
disabled the virus software, updates, looking at open files, no luck.
she is running XP Pro, joined to a domain.
Office XP, fully patched.
she is using an unlocker program as a work around.
