By accident I Locked myself out of my database. I I the startup screen to
where I can't get back to the other menu screens. Is there another way to
reset the startup screen?

Hold down the Shift key while starting the database.
Or..
Press F11 while you're in it.

F-11 restores the access to the database model. But I can't get back to my
default window settings. Help Help Help. Installed the program on my other
computer and got the same results. Is their a way to get the Default
settings back where I can reset the startup screen and menu settings.

Assuming that your toolbars are visible, select tools, startup and you
change the settings from there.
