Locked out of Enterprise Resource updates

I had checked out my Enterprise Resources for updates
when MS Project Professional crashed on me. When I go
back in, I'm not allowed to check the resources out again
since they were never checked back in!!!

How do I forcefully check resources back in, so I can
make the changes needed?

HELP.

Don't you do this the same way as forcing in a project?
Admin/Manage enterprise features/Check in enterprise
resrouces.
