locked window

my window will say it is locked when i try to type something on my paper how
do i unlock it

I'm sorry, but you have posted your question in a group dealing with MS
Project project scheduling software. You're more likely to get an answer if
you ask your question in a group dedicated to the specific software
application you're attempting to use - perhaps MS Word or MS Works.
