locked workbook

i have a workbook that i have "save as" to a new file name, it is
template that we use. But I would like to modify my version and it i
password protected. How can I remove the password?

i am assuming that you dont have the password. then m
sorry there's no other way to unprotect it.

if you do its simple. go to tools/protection/unprotect..
enter the password. way to go.
