Lockes on files

I have a lock on my index.htm I'm working on and when I
go to unlock the file it says Server error: Index.htm is
locked by homecomputer/owner. All my files are home owner
It does not allow me to unlock file.
Any suggestions

Follow these steps:

1) Take 2 hand grenades.

OK, just kidding...but I have found that Windows occasionally locks a file
that should not be locked and rebooting is the only cure.
