Locking cells in W2K

In WP we can lock a cell so that a user cannot input data
into that cell. Useful for forms so that headers, etc.,
bypassed. I'm here at a computer at work and I don't know
what the W2K feature is called so nothing comes up
for "lock cell", or any variations or similar keywords, in
either the help or in the KB.

Can anyone pls help with this?

Wow, quite complicated from the quick scan I did. Rather
than just a simple table "lock cell", I have to read all
this to see what to do. Well, at least it's do-able, I
have to be very thankful for that.
