Locking Custom Toolbars in Word 2011?

I work with customs templates and toolbars and when I installed Word
2011 for Mac, they no longer stay put where I want them - if you close
the file or even go to a different program, they move all over the
screen. Obviously, I want them "locked" where I put them, as was the
case with previous version of Word.
