Locking doc.with fill in the space only

I have a protected document that cannot be edited. I want only the area
for typing in the information required to be used by anyone who uses it
All the blank spaces will be underlined for entered text.

I hope you understand what I want to do. Thanks

Create a Form using the Form tools on the Form Toolbar and then protect the
document as a Form.
