How do I lock the format of a form so when text is input a text box the rest
of the page doesn't move.

Skate: See your original question where I answered. Place the form field in
table cell and set the width of the column and the height of the row to
EXACTLY.

See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm. You want to
be using fixed-size table cells or frames to hold your form fields.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
