Locking forms/tables in 2007

This should be fairly simple, but it's beginning to occur to me that
nothing in Office 2007 is simple:
I have a Word Document with a protected table embedded inside it. Back
in Word 2003 if I had to change the layout of the table, there was a
little lock icon in the toolbar that I would click to un-protect the
table, make my changes and then click the icon to re-lock the table so
no accidental changes could be made. I cannot find the equivalent to
that icon in Word 2007. Does anyone know how to un-lock/un-protect a
table in Word 2007?

On the Review tab, click Protect Document. If you see a list of choices
after clicking the button, click Restrict Formatting and Editing (this
behavior depends on the edition of Office you have installed). Then on the
Restrict Formatting and Editing task pane, click Stop Protection. If you use
this a lot then you can add the Lock command to your Quick Access Toolbar.
In Word Options in the Customize section you'll find Lock under "Commands
not in the Ribbon".

Additionally, if you are looking for the Forms tools, if you don't see a
Developer tab, click the Office Button, click Word Options, and in the
Popular section select "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon". Then on the
Developer tab, in the Controls group, click Legacy tools. If you want to add
the Legacy tools to your Quick Access Toolbar, right-click the button and
then click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar".
