Locking graphics

Is there a way to "lock" a graphic on a page, so that if
you click in that area, you cannot move the picture? In
other words, I am creating a template, and I would like to
lock my images so you cannot click on them...they keep
getting in the way when trying to type the document.

Click on the image, the "Picture" toolbar should appear, click the "Text
Wrapping" button or 'dog icon' on the picture toolbar, from the list that
appears, select "In Line with Text"
