locking/hiding fields in sharer files

Amy

If I have a resource pool and multiple sharer files, is there a way to not
allow the sharer to update or view some fields (like rates/costs)? I've
tried the pool takes precedence, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Thanks,
Amy

Hi Amy,

No sorry. You can hide fields in the resource pool but they can be
easily unhidden. The user has to be able to have read/write access
to the pool file.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
